The “self-care” division of BlackIndigo World, BlackIndigo Naturals was started to answer a few simple but important questions: Is it possible to make a truly “all-natural” product? What if there were natural products with all the nourishment our bodies should receive without all those toxic chemicals that are bad for our health? Are these “natural” brands truly giving us the best quality for the money we spend? Carla Kelly began researching plants, oils, and other popular ingredients for their contributions to our physical wellness.

A fan of Shea Butter for all of it’s wonderful healing properties, ability to seal in moisture, coconut oil for its easy absorption and aloe vera as a moisture additive to lotions and hair products – BlackIndigo Naturals first product –Magic Buttercream – was born. From then, the adventure to create the best self-care products, made with Black and Senstive skin types in mind began. Ideas are always brewing in the BlackIndigo kitchen. Our products are food-grade, petroleum-free, sulfate and phthalate-free, and safe for the entire family!
